7 Best AgencyAnalytics Alternatives in 2026
AgencyAnalytics charges $25 per client a month ($20 billed annually), so the bill grows with every client you sign. As of October 2026 the main alternatives change that unit: DashThis prices by dashboards (from $54 a month), Swydo by connected data source ($69 a month including 10), Reporting Ninja by report (from $25 a month), Databox by data sources and client packs, and Data Studio is free if you build the reports yourself. SE Ranking and Semrush suit agencies that want reporting inside an SEO suite, with white-label as an add-on. Pick by why you are leaving: price at your roster size, white-label depth, or AI-answer tracking.

Every price and feature on this page was checked on each vendor's own pricing, feature and help pages on 4 October 2026. Prices are list prices in US dollars before tax unless a vendor shows euros. Treat them as 'as of October 2026' and confirm on the vendor's pricing page before you move a client roster, because this category repackages often.
What AgencyAnalytics gives you, so you know what you are replacing
AgencyAnalytics sells one core plan priced per client: $25 per client a month billed monthly, or $20 billed annually. Each client gets unlimited data sources, reports, dashboards and staff accounts, 85+ marketing integrations including Google Analytics and Search Console, report scheduling, and a white-labeled client portal with custom domain and custom email. There is a 14-day free trial with no card, and volume pricing through sales once you manage 25+ clients. Add-ons include a Rank Tracker ($41.67 a month per 500 keywords billed annually) and an AI Tracker in beta ($20.83 a month per 250 credits billed annually) that covers ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini.
One inconsistency worth asking about: the AgencyAnalytics white-label page says custom sender email, branded domain and per-client branding are available 'on select plans', while the pricing page shows a single plan with custom domain and custom email listed under all features. Confirm in the trial that the white-label pieces you need are switched on for your account.
Why agencies look for an alternative
- Price at roster size: per-client pricing is easy to pass through to a retainer, but at 30 or 40 small clients the monthly total gets large.
- Simpler output: some agencies only send a monthly branded report and never use the client portal, goals or alerts they are paying for.
- Reporting inside the SEO tool: agencies that already pay for an SEO suite would rather report from it than connect a second platform.
- AI-answer data: clients now ask whether ChatGPT or Google's AI features mention them, and agencies want that in the same report.

What 15 clients costs on each
A worked example from list prices. Assume 15 clients, one website and one monthly report each, and three connected accounts per client (GA4, Search Console and one ad or local account), so 45 data sources. Monthly billing unless a plan is only sold annually. Your own mix will move these numbers, so rerun them with your roster.
| Tool | Plan that fits 15 clients | Monthly list price | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| AgencyAnalytics | Core x 15 clients | $375 ($300 billed annually) | $25 per client |
| DashThis | Business (25 dashboards, 100 sources) | $324 ($279 billed yearly) | Professional stops at 10 dashboards |
| Swydo | One plan, 45 sources | $226.50 | $69 for the first 10, then 35 x $4.50 |
| Reporting Ninja | Small (30 reports) | $50 ($40 billed annually) | Starter stops at 10 reports |
| SE Ranking | Growth + Agency Pack | $292.20, annual billing | Core covers 10 projects; Growth covers 30 |
| Semrush | Pro+ (15 websites) + 15 Pro Reports | $599 | $299 plan plus $20 for each white-label report |
| Data Studio | Free | $0, plus any paid partner connectors | You build and maintain the reports |
Databox is left out of the table because its pricing page gives two figures for the same items: the calculator shows the Agency plan from $79 billed annually with client packs at $20 a month, while the FAQ says Agency starts at $99 a month and client packs cost $25 each. The page also says annual billing saves 20%, which may explain the gap, but it does not say so. Ask Databox for a quote at your roster size.
The alternatives, one by one
DashThis: simplest branded report, priced by dashboards
One dashboard is one client report. Individual is $54 a month (3 dashboards, 15 sources), Professional $164 (10 dashboards, 40 sources), Business $324 (25 dashboards, 100 sources) and Standard $499 from 50 dashboards, with yearly billing at $44, $139, $279 and $429 a month. White-label is on every plan: your logo, DashThis branding removed, a custom domain in the dashboard URL and a custom sender for automated emails. Every plan includes all integrations, among them GA4, Search Console and Google Business Profile. Best for agencies whose deliverable is one clean monthly report per client. Limit: the dashboard and source caps step up in large jumps, so check where your roster lands between tiers.
Swydo: priced by connected account, everything else included
Swydo has one plan: $69 a month including 10 data sources, then $4.50 per source from 11 to 100, $3.00 from 101 to 500 and $2.00 beyond, with 10% off billed annually. Prices are in euros for EU countries and US dollars elsewhere. Clients, users, dashboards and reports are unlimited, and the plan includes full white-labeling, custom domain hosting, branded email templates, branded PDF exports, a client portal and unlimited scheduled reports. It lists 38+ integrations including GA4, Search Console and Google Business Profile. Best for agencies with many clients that each connect only a few accounts. Limit: an agency whose clients each connect many ad and analytics accounts pays for every one.
Reporting Ninja: the lowest entry price for branded PDF reports
Priced by the number of reports: Starter $25 a month for 10 reports, Small $50 for 30, Medium $88 for 70 and Large $150 for 150, with quarterly and annual discounts ($20, $40, $70 and $120 a month billed annually). Every plan includes all integrations and features, including logo and brand templates, branded report emails, cover pages and a white-label client portal on a custom domain, plus scheduled PDF delivery by email. GA4, Search Console and Google My Business are listed. Best for small agencies that want branded monthly PDFs at the lowest list price. Limit: the integrations list is shorter than AgencyAnalytics' 85+, so check every source your clients use before moving.
Databox: dashboards and goals, with white-label as an add-on
Databox's Agency plan includes unlimited users, 20 data sources, AI credits, custom templates and cross-client reporting, with client packs (one client, five data sources) added as you grow. White-label is a separate 'Branding and white-labeling' add-on at $80 a month that replaces Databox branding with your logo, colours and domain. Each account or property counts as a data source, so three GA4 properties are three sources. There is a free plan and a 14-day trial on any plan. Best for agencies that want KPI dashboards and goal tracking more than paginated reports. Limit: the conflicting prices on its own page mean you should get the number in writing.
Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio): free, if you build it
Google's documentation now carries the banner 'Looker Studio is now called Data Studio'. It is free for creators and report viewers; Data Studio Pro is $9 per user per project a month. Google's own GA4 and Search Console connectors are documented, and reports can be emailed as PDFs on a schedule (Pro removes the delivery quotas that apply to individual and Workspace accounts). Google's pages list no white-label feature. Best for agencies with someone who enjoys building and maintaining report templates. Limit: the cost moves from the invoice to your team's time, and paid partner connectors for ad platforms add their own fees.
SE Ranking with the Agency Pack: reporting inside an SEO suite
Core is $129 a month ($103.20 billed annually) for 10 projects and 2,000 tracked keywords; Growth is $279 ($223.20 annually) for 30 projects and 5,000 keywords. Both integrate GA4, Search Console and Data Studio. The Agency Pack add-on is $69 a month with annual billing only and adds white-label for the platform and reports, unlimited scheduled reporting with AI summaries, and a lead generator. SE Ranking's own pages disagree on the client seats in the pack (30 on the pricing page, 10 on the Agency Pack page), so confirm before you buy. Best for agencies that want rankings, audits, AI prompt tracking and client reports from one login. Limit: it reports SEO well and paid media less so.
Semrush with Pro Report: per-report white-label on top of the toolkit
The SEO toolkit is $139 a month and the SEO + AI Search plans run $199 (Starter), $299 (Pro+) and $549 (Advanced), with up to 17% off annually and a 7-day trial. Reports are priced per report: Base Report $10 a month (Semrush data plus GA and Search Console, scheduling, PDF) and Pro Report $20 a month, which adds 20+ external integrations, branding and white-labeling, a custom domain and link sharing. Best for agencies already living in Semrush. Limit: white-label is per report, so the cost scales with the number of client reports you send.
Pick by why you are leaving
| Reason | Look at first | What to check in the trial |
|---|---|---|
| Price as the roster grows | Swydo, Reporting Ninja, DashThis | Your real count of reports and connected accounts |
| Only need a branded monthly PDF | Reporting Ninja, DashThis | PDF layout and the custom sender address |
| Want reporting inside the SEO tool | SE Ranking, Semrush | Annual-only billing, per-report pricing |
| Will build reports in-house | Data Studio | Connector costs for non-Google sources |
| Need AI-answer data in reports | SE Ranking, Semrush, or AgencyAnalytics' own AI Tracker | Which assistants are asked, and how often |
If the gap is AI-answer visibility
Some agencies start looking because a client asks why a competitor shows up in ChatGPT and they do not. Leaving AgencyAnalytics does not solve that by itself: its AI Tracker add-on is one route, SE Ranking and Semrush include prompt tracking in their plans, and DashThis, Swydo, Reporting Ninja and Data Studio list no AI-answer tracking as of October 2026. Before any of those numbers goes into a client report, ask which assistants were asked, how many prompts, whether a mention is counted separately from a cited URL, and how often the prompts are re-run.
Fenn is not a reporting dashboard and does not replace any tool on this page. It asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok the questions a client's customers ask, shows how often each one names the client and who it names instead, and turns the gaps into site fixes with a ready prompt and drafts of the missing pages, which the agency approves and publishes. The Agency plan is $199 a month for up to 25 websites, set up after a demo. Its reports can be copied, printed or exported to CSV; they are not white-labelled or emailed on a schedule, and checks run when you start them. Agencies that want branded monthly reports keep a reporting tool and use Fenn for the AI-answer work.
