Privacy

We collect your account details, the domains and prompts you ask us to track, and the answers engines return for them. We do not sell any of it, we do not use your data to train models, and you can export or delete it at any time.

What we collect

Account data — name, work email, and the organisation you belong to. Needed to give you a login.
Billing data — handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store the plan, the last four digits and the invoice history.
Tracking configuration — the domains, prompts, keywords and competitors you choose to track.
Measurement results — the answers engines return for your prompts, the brands mentioned in them, and the scores we compute.
Repository metadata — if you connect a repository, the branches and files a fix touches. We do not mirror your source code, and access is scoped to the repositories you select.
Product analytics — page views and feature usage, aggregated. No session recording, no third-party advertising trackers on this website.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data.
We do not use your data, prompts or repository content to train models.
We do not share your measurement data with other customers, ever.
This marketing site loads no remote fonts, no remote images and no advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Measurement history is retained for the window your plan includes — 30 days on Free through to 24 months on Agency (see pricing). Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax law requires. Delete your account and the measurement data goes within 30 days.

Sub-processors

To run the product we send data to cloud hosting, a payment processor, an email provider, and the answer engines themselves — the last only receives the prompt text you asked us to track, never your account or repository data. The current list is available on request at hello@questera.ai.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Export is self-serve from the dashboard in CSV and JSON. For anything else, email us and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies. The application at app.fenn.sh sets one essential session cookie so you stay logged in. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking cookie on either.
