Privacy

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, and the organisation you belong to. Needed to give you a login.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store the plan, the last four digits and the invoice history.
• Tracking configuration: the domains, prompts, keywords and competitors you choose to track.
• Measurement results: the answers engines return for your prompts, the brands mentioned in them, and the scores we compute.
• Repository metadata: if you connect a repository, the branches and files a fix touches. We do not mirror your source code, and access is scoped to the repositories you select.
• Demo requests: when you book a demo on fenn.sh, your name and work email, and if you give them, your website and whether it is for your own business or client websites — plus the page you came from and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link. We use them only to prepare for and follow up on the call. They are stored in our database and posted to our team's internal Slack so someone can prepare.
• Scheduling: the calendar on /demo is Calendly's. The time you pick and anything you enter there are handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and Calendly may set its own cookies inside that frame.
• Website analytics: DataFast, in cookieless mode, counts page views and a few named steps in the booking flow (for example, that a booking was confirmed). It uses a daily-rotating anonymous identifier, not cookies, and we never send it your name, email or website. No session recording.
• Product analytics: in the application, feature usage, aggregated.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We do not use your data, prompts or repository content to train models.
• We do not share your measurement data with other customers, ever.
• This marketing site loads no remote fonts, no remote images and no advertising trackers. It loads one analytics script (DataFast, cookieless) and, on /demo only, the Calendly scheduler.

How long we keep it

Measurement history is retained for the window your plan includes — 6 months on Starter through to 24 months on Agency (see pricing). Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax law requires. Delete your account and the measurement data goes within 30 days.

Sub-processors

To run the product we send data to cloud hosting, a payment processor, an email provider, and the answer engines themselves — the last only receives the prompt text you asked us to track, never your account or repository data. For this website's booking flow we use Calendly (scheduling), Slack (internal notice of a new request) and DataFast (cookieless website analytics). The current list is available on request at hello@questera.ai.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Export is self-serve from the dashboard in CSV and JSON. For anything else, email us and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

Our analytics run in cookieless mode, and this site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, sets two strictly necessary load-balancing cookies (ARRAffinity and ARRAffinitySameSite) so your requests reach the same server; they hold no personal data and are not used for tracking. The scheduler on /demo is an embedded Calendly page, which may set its own cookies inside that frame and shows its own cookie notice. The application at app.fenn.sh sets one essential session cookie so you stay logged in. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking cookie on either.
