8 Best White-Label Rank Trackers for Agencies in 2026

By Fenn8 min readAgenciesToolsComparison

A white-label rank tracker lets an agency send ranking reports under its own logo, colours and domain instead of the vendor's. As of October 2026 the cheapest daily option is Wincher Standard ($89 a month for 1,000 keywords, white-labelled reports included). Keyword.com sells white-label as a $29 a month add-on to any plan, with a custom domain and no vendor badge. SE Ranking brands the whole platform with its Agency Pack ($69 a month, billed yearly, on top of a plan). Nightwatch (from €199), Advanced Web Ranking (Agency, $279, or any yearly plan) and ProRankTracker (branded client app from $149) suit larger client lists. Check what gets branded: a PDF, a shared link on your domain, or a full client login.

8 Best White-Label Rank Trackers for Agencies

Prices and features below come from each vendor's own pricing, feature and FAQ pages, checked on 25 October 2026. US dollars except Nightwatch, which prices in euros. Monthly-billed prices unless a vendor sells the white-label option on annual billing only.

What white-label means in a rank tracker

Vendors use the term for four different things, and a plan can include one without the others:

  • Branded reports: your logo, colours and cover page on PDF or emailed reports, sometimes sent from your own email address.
  • Branded shared links: live dashboards or reports served on your own domain, with the vendor's name removed.
  • Client logins: seats or a mobile app your clients sign in to, branded as yours.
  • A branded platform: the whole interface, not only the reports, carries your brand.

Ask which of the four the plan includes before comparing prices. A PDF with your logo is enough for many retainers; a client portal on your domain is a different product.

The trackers, one by one

Wincher: white-label at the lowest daily price

Standard is $89 a month for 1,000 keywords on unlimited websites, with daily updates, on-demand updates, scheduled and customizable PDF reports, white-labelled reports, Looker Studio and the API. Basic ($49) does not include white-label reports; Professional is $319 from 5,000 keywords. 7-day free trial and a 7-day refund on a first purchase. Best for: freelancers and small agencies who send branded PDFs. Limit: branding covers reports, not a client portal.

Keyword.com: white-label as an add-on

The white-label add-on costs $29 a month or $278 a year and gives you your own custom domain for shared views and reports, removes the 'Verified by Keyword.com' branding and adds password-protected shared reports; the add-on has its own 14-day free trial. Base plans start at $4 a month for 50 weekly Google keywords, and 360° Visibility plans with AI visibility credits start at $33 a month for 1,000 weekly keywords or $131 for 1,000 daily. Every plan includes unlimited domains, the rank tracker API, an MCP server and Looker Studio. Best for: agencies that bill tracking per client and want live links on their own domain. Limit: Google is the only search engine on its plans.

SE Ranking: a branded platform, not only reports

The Agency Pack is $69 a month, billed annually only, on top of an SE Ranking plan. It adds white label for both the platform and reporting, 30 client seats, unlimited scheduled reports with AI summaries, an Agency Catalog listing and a Lead Generator widget. Core ($129 a month, or $103.20 billed yearly) tracks 2,000 keywords and 100 AI prompts daily across 10 projects on Google, Bing, Yahoo and YouTube, with audits, keyword research and backlinks included. 14-day trial without a card. Best for: agencies that want clients to log in to a branded SEO platform. Limit: the add-on needs annual billing, and payments are non-refundable except where the service was not delivered.

Nightwatch: branded reports with AI prompts

White-label client reports, Looker Studio, the API and unlimited user seats start on Professional: €199 a month (€159 billed yearly) for 2,500 daily keywords and 150 AI prompts. Agency is €499 (€399) for 7,500 keywords and 500 prompts. Every plan tracks Google, YouTube, Bing, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo and Google Maps, and AI prompts run on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Mode and AI Overviews. 14-day trial without a card. Best for: agencies that report classic and AI rankings to clients together. Limit: no US-dollar prices, and Starter has no white-label.

Advanced Web Ranking: your logo on your domain

AWR's FAQ says you can remove all AWR branding, show your own logo and host reports on your own custom domain, on the Agency plan or higher and on all yearly subscriptions. Agency is $279 a month for 14,500 weekly units (about 2,000 daily keywords) with 1-hour on-demand updates, Looker Studio and the API; Pro is $139 a month for 7,000 units, so white-label on Pro means paying yearly, at 10% off. It lists 4,000+ search engines and unlimited users. 30-day money-back guarantee. Best for: international agencies that want branded reports across many engines. Limit: daily tracking uses seven units per keyword.

ProRankTracker: a branded client app

ProRankTracker says all reports can be white-labelled, with your colours, logo, header, footer and a cover letter, and emailed from your own address. From Pro ($149 a month, $134 billed yearly, 2,000 terms) it adds MyRanks, an iOS and Android app branded with your logo where clients see live rankings, plus Data Studio and 10 users. Starter is $99 for 1,000 terms; Agency starts at $199 for 3,000 terms with the API and unlimited users. 7-day trial with 100 terms, no card. Best for: agencies whose clients want rankings on their phone. Limit: no prorated refunds on cancellation or downgrade.

SEO PowerSuite: desktop software with white-label reports

SEO PowerSuite's Rank Tracker is a downloadable app rather than a web service. White-label SEO reports, fully customizable templates, scheduled delivery and PDF or HTML reports start on Enterprise, $599 billed yearly; Professional ($349 billed yearly) tracks unlimited keywords on 550+ search engines but has no white-label reports. Its refund terms say it cannot refund partial use or unused time. Best for: agencies that prefer a one-time yearly fee and unlimited keywords. Limit: tracking runs on your own machine.

BrightLocal: white-label for local clients

BrightLocal lists white-labelling of its tools and reports in its plan comparison. Track is $41 a month for one location ($369 billed yearly) and covers up to 100 local keywords and four competitors, a geo-grid for up to five keywords, citation tracking and a Local AI Visibility Tracker; prices rise with locations, for example $62 a month for 2 to 5. Best for: agencies whose clients are local businesses. Limit: priced per location, not per keyword.

Not on this list

AccuRanker's reporting page describes scheduled reports and customizable templates but does not mention white-label branding, and Ahrefs' pricing page does not offer white-label Rank Tracker reports, so neither is included. AgencyAnalytics, a white-label reporting platform with rank tracking, is covered in our AgencyAnalytics alternatives post.

What a white-label report should also show

Clients increasingly ask whether ChatGPT or Google's AI answers mention them. Fenn is not a rank tracker and its reports are not white-labelled: it asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok a client's buyer questions when you start a check, records who is named and which sources are cited, and exports the results to CSV or a report you can copy or print, so an agency can paste the numbers into its own branded report. The Agency plan is $199 a month for up to 25 websites, set up after a demo.

FAQ

What is a white-label rank tracker?

A rank tracker that lets an agency present ranking data under its own brand: logo and colours on reports, shared links on its own domain, and in some tools a branded client login or app, with the vendor's name removed.

What is the cheapest white-label rank tracker?

As of October 2026, Keyword.com's $29 a month add-on works on a $4 base plan, though that plan tracks only 50 weekly keywords. For 1,000 daily keywords with white-label reports included, Wincher Standard is $89 a month.

Does SE Ranking have white-label?

Yes, through the Agency Pack: $69 a month billed annually on top of a plan, covering the platform and reports, with 30 client seats.

Can I put rank tracking reports on my own domain?

Yes with Keyword.com's white-label add-on and with Advanced Web Ranking (Agency plan or any yearly plan), both of which serve shared reports on a custom domain.

Put this to work on your own website.

Fenn finds what your customers ask, drafts the articles and site fixes, and measures what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok say about you — with every change waiting for your approval.
